    Teacher of English (£4k Golden Hello)

    Waterfront UTC is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher of English who is committed to excellence from September 2024.

    The successful candidate will be a creative and dynamic practitioner who will be able to contribute to the development of our thriving English Department and help drive forward our agenda of continuous improvement.

    This is a permanent, part-time role, paid on the basis of MPS/UPS, dependant on experience. The working hours and days are negotiable and will be discussed at interview level.

    The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £4k. This is split into the following payments - £2k subject to the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, and a further £2k to be paid from one full academic year from the start date as a retention incentive. This is subject to the successful candidate remaining at the school for at least that next year.
