Terms and Conditions

Applicant must be appointed to the role and referral must be received in advance of their application. Only one referral is paid per applicant - if multiple colleagues refer the same person, the fee will be split. You must have permission of the person you are referring. Payment not made until the successful applicant has worked in their post for 3 months.

Referrals can only be paid to current staff who are still in employment after the newly appointed candidate completes their first 3 months of work. Referrals are only valid for 3 months.
