Charlie is an experienced estates professional with over 15 years of expertise in facilities and estates management, spanning both corporate and educational environments. Charlie joined the Trust in July 2025, having previously held senior estates roles in a range of settings, including large multi-site organisations and academic institutions.

Charlie is accountable for all aspects of estates and facilities operations, including strategic planning, compliance, maintenance, and capital projects. He works closely with Site Teams an Senior Leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments across the Trust.

Charlie oversees Waterfront UTC, The Abbey School, Temple Mill Primary School and The Rowans AP Academy.
