She has experience in professional services for 10 years in EMEIA and UK HR services. She joined the education sector in 2016, working in higher education and primary education. Hardeep joined THAT in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in employment law and payroll. Hardeep is instrumental in leading our staff strategy and leading on culture.
