Directors, Local Academy Board Members, Governors and Principals from across the Trust gathered last Friday for our annual Governance Conference at The Historic Dockyard Chatham. Attendees discussed LAB effectiveness, the renewed Ofsted Inspection Framework, and safeguarding best practice, to ensure that they can continue to provide high-quality governance at their respective academies.
We were also fortunate to welcome guest speaker Shaun Brown from The Difference, whose aim is to improve life outcomes of the most vulnerable children by raising the status and expertise of those who educate them.
