  • Learning Support Assistant (Maternity Cover)

    Temple Mill Primary School

    Salary NJC D2 points 4-11

    Temple Mill Primary School seeks to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (Maternity Cover) to start with effect from April 2024. Working hours are 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Term Time Only.

    The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational skills. They will have the ability to effectively support teaching and learning, and to develop relationships across the school.  

    The salary for this role is NJC D2 points 4 - 11, based on experience. (Actual £14,365.49 – £16,307.87, £21,189.00 - £24,054.00 FTE)

    This role may include occasional class cover which will be paid at a higher rate. This is to be discussed further during interviews.

  • Classroom Teacher

    Thames View Primary School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Classroom Teacher. The salary for this role is on the MPS/UPS scale, dependent on experience.

    The successful candidate will be someone who has high expectations and is genuinely passionate about teaching. Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in teaching a variety of age-range groups. 

    This is a full-time permanent role, to start from September 2024.

  • Maths Teaching Assistant

    The Abbey School is looking for a Maths Teaching Assistant who can provide the best possible education to our students. The Maths Teaching Assistant should be highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional to support students with their mathematics education. 

    Experience, of working with students that have special educational needs is an advantage, but most valued is the enthusiasm to support and motivate young people.

    Waterfront UTC are seeking to appoint a member of staff to join our Science Department. The successful candidate will be someone who is an enthusiastic, talented and passionate Teacher of Science. You will have excellent subject knowledge and be confident that students in your care will make exceptional progress. 

    The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5k. This is split into the following payments - £2.5k subject to the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, and a further £2.5k to be paid as a retention incentive. This is subject to the successful candidate remaining at the school for at least that next year.

    The role is expected to start from September 2024. This is a full time, permanent position, salary scale based on MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.

    The Howard School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Caretaker to join the site team, with effect from April 2024.

    This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week, paid on the basis of the NJC payscale point 4-11.

    The successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organised, and have a good attention to detail.
