Do you know a fantastic teacher who may be looking for the next step in their career? We are excited to introduce our Teacher Referral Scheme - refer a teacher into the Trust, that we appoint in September 2021, and receive a £100 reward as a thank you!

Here's how it works:

• Ensure you have spoken to the individual that you are referring before entering their information
• Find the Teacher Referral form at the bottom of this page
• Enter the contact details of the teacher that you are referring
• Enter your details, so we know how to get in contact with you if your referral is successful
• If we employ the teacher that you referred to us, and they join us in September, we will be in contact with a £100 reward to say thank you!
• If you yourself are currently employed by THAT, we'll give you an extra £400, increasing the reward to £500!

Terms and Conditions

• This scheme is open to any adult (18+) in the United Kingdom - you do not need to work for The Howard Academy Trust
• You cannot refer yourself
• Teacher must be appointed and join us within 6 months of your referral
• To be eligible for this reward, the teacher that you are referring must not already be in our database of teachers - they cannot currently work for a THAT academy. They also must not have already applied for a position within the Trust.
• If a teacher is referred to us by multiple people, should they be appointed, the £100 reward will be awarded to the first referee only
• The reward will be awarded upon the referred teacher's successful employment, after they have completed their first month with us
