We were delighted to have Katie Cornhill (She/Her/Hers) run an inspiring session for leaders at THAT on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) on Tuesday. We held the session at the Howard School and will be sharing the filmed presentation with leaders across our schools in the coming days. This session forms part of our Trust commitment to EDI and our core values of: Inclusivity, Dignity, Respect and Ambition.

Katie's inspiring session is a great next step in this direction, and follows the recent establishment of our staff EDI forum. Further training and awareness will be delivered to staff across our Trust in the coming months.
